Starting his first job in graphic reproduction in 1996, Glen has over 23 years’ experience in the graphics, print and marketing industries. Synergy Solutions was established by Glen in 2007 after he saw the opportunity to bring high quality print management services to the SME and Government markets.

Glen’s motivation is in delivering significant cost savings and process improvement to Synergy’s clients. He is focused on developing sound leadership across the business, ensuring best practice operating performance and fostering innovation in print and marketing. He oversees operations of the business whilst still retaining a very hands-on approach.
