With environmental impact and sustainability becoming more and more of a social issue, certain brands are looking to reduce their effect on mother nature by adopting green practices in printing.

Greenhouse Challenge Plus is part of the Australian Government's climate change strategy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We have suppliers that are members of this initiative.

We can have jobs printed with soy-based inks and printed on 100% recycled stock by an FSC accredited printer for the ultimate in environmentally friendly printing.

Stock selection is very important when printing with the environment in mind. There are many confusing terms used when describing stocks such as FSC, EMAS, TCF, ECF, PECF etc. There are also different levels of recycled content in various stocks. We have experience in choosing the right stock for the right job to meet the environmental requirements.



Our environmental responsibility doesn’t stop with our customers. Synergy is proactive with it’s commitment to the environment.

Synergy has embarked on an ambitious tree planting program, aiming to have more than 500 trees planted by the end of 2008. Our primary site is located in Central Victoria. Each tree absorbs 14kg of C02 per year. That’s over 110,000 black balloons converted to clean oxygen every year.

All Synergy office waste is recycled and we are a member of the Mobile Muster recycling program for the mobile phone industry.
